RETURN  / REPLACEMENT POLICY

• eBay and Gun Broker auction sales, like any auction, are absolute.
• If a customer returns an auction order because of a visible material defect in a product, the item will be replaced or refunded with no restocking charge. Original packaging must be included and the item must not show any wear or intentional damage. 
•  If the order was shipped in error by us, no re-stocking charge is assessed.  
• In either of the above situations, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained before shipping and labeled prominently on the outside of the  package. Our warehouse refuses acceptance of packages from unknowns without a RMA number prominently displayed for security reasons. 

SHIPPING METHODS

The preferred delivery method for eBay and Gun Broker auctions is the US Postal Service utilizing Priority Mail. At times, delivery confirmation is added for the customer's protection. We will ship your order by UPS or FEDEX only when the order is large or bulky or quite heavy.  

Any item in our product line can be shipped to any foreign country where not prohibited by law. The customer is responsible for any export permits, fees, taxes, duties, etc. An additional shipping charge will be added to the Shopping Cart computed charge and billed to the Customers credit card. A notice of the same will be provided to the customer by email of any additional shipping charges. 

CUSTOMER'S LEGAL OBLIGATIONS

Each customer agrees to abide by and be subject to Cactus Tactical's Tactical Store rules and policies when placing a bid on an auction.  The products displayed for bid are legal to sell in certain political areas, but are not legal to be possessed or shipped to other areas. Items displayed are not OFFERED FOR PURCHASE  IN COUNTRIES, STATES OR OTHER POLITICAL AREAS  IN WHICH SUCH SALE WOULD BE ILLEGAL. Any potential customer is responsible for compliance with any local law regarding purchase, possession, use, and misuse of these products.

By purchasing any product offered for auction by Cactus Tactical on eBay or Gun Broker, the customer asserts that he/she holds the seller harmless for any use of any product displayed. It is the responsibility of the customer (not the seller) to ascertain and obey any and all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard to purchase, possession and/or use of any item displayed on this web site.
