• We accept Purchase Orders from private businesses, local, county, state or federal agency or government entities (with approved credit). We do not add any surcharges to your order and these orders are classified as tax exempt.

• After account setup, purchase orders must be on an official letterhead or purchase order form from your agency or business, and must include a contact name and phone number. All information will be verified prior to an order being shipped.
• Purchase orders are eligible for Net-30 credit terms billed upon shipment of products and due 30 days after invoice date.
• Easy ordering online, with account log-in and order status tracking.

• Check-out using the shopping cart.
• A payment option for "Mail in check / money order / Purchase Order" will appear during check-out, simply choose this option.
• Your order will be processed and an order number assigned.
• Fax a copy of your purchase order to our offices (fax 623 516 7917).

Volume Discount Request Application  Complete the form and email instructions will be sent detailing the procedure for receiving on-line discounts within 48 hours. Given our low price structure, any discounts are assigned based on a minimum purchase amount.
