and policies when placing an order. The products displayed on this web

Use of the Cactus Tactical web
store implies customer acceptance of the Conditions of Use.
The web store is intended to be used by residents of the United States and its
territories, possessions, protectorates and selected international
countries. The customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws. Be aware that
federal law restricts the sale of firearms to citizens over age 18 (21 for
pistols and revolvers) who pass an instant background check with local law
enforcement at the point of sale. Many other federal, state and local
restrictions also apply to the sale, ownership, use and storage of firearms. In
general, you may not purchase a firearm if you are a minor, a convicted felon, a
fugitive from justice, a person convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic
violence, under a domestic restraining order, are addicted to drugs or a
habitual drug user, have been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces, are
not a citizen of the United States or have ever renounced your citizenship. In
addition, many states impose additional restrictions and qualifications upon
prospective firearms purchasers. There are over 30,000 firearms laws presently
in effect across the nation. Please contact your local law enforcement for
further details, or you may go to the BATF website www.atf.gov/firearms/statelaws/22edition.htm
and request their current publication "State Laws and Published Ordinance -
Firearms."

and/or links to their websites. Such advertisements, information and links shall

The availability of the Cactus Tactical web store is subject to
periodic downtime for maintenance and repairs and is subject to interruption due
to causes beyond our reasonable control including computer viruses, failure of
telecommunication links and failure of Internet infrastructure. The customer

How We Protect Customer Information
When you place an order, access your account information, or send us personally
identifying data, that information moves into a secure server. The “Secure
Server Software“(SSL) encrypts all information you input before sending it,
protecting your information from unauthorized access.
HOW TO ORDER A FIREARM
It's actually easier to do than you would think.
Place your order on-line through our 24 hour web store selecting the firearm that meets your needs and providing the appropriate payment source.
Find a dealer near you that will handle your transfer. Most dealers will provide this service and will charge around $20-30 to you directly to handle your transaction.
Have the dealer send us a copy of their signed license. It is legal for us to accept a faxed or e-mailed copy of your dealers' license. They can either fax it to 602-441-2446 or email
a scanned version to sales@cactustactical.com. It is best if you can have the dealer attach your name or order number with the license so we may process your order in a timely manner.
Once we receive the payment and signed copy of the FFL license, we will ship the firearm to your dealer.
You fill out the necessary paperwork for your state with your receiving FFL dealer and pick up your firearm.
RETURN POLICY
Not Satisfied with your Choice?:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in absolutely new condition within 10 days for refund or exchange (excluding shipping and insurance charges).
The 10-day period begins once the merchandise delivery status is marked as "delivered" by the shipper. A 15% restocking fee is applied to all returns to cover our return processing,
product inspection, credit card fees, packing, shipping, mileage and other restocking expenses. Include a copy of your sales receipt with the RMA # prominently displayed on the outside
of your return package. Original product packaging must be included and the item must not show any wear, usage or intentional damage. Original shipping charges are not refunded. We do not accept exchanges on special orders or large quantity purchases of regularly
stocked items.
There is no restocking fee on exchanges but the customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance expenses both ways.
Mis-shipments:
If an order item is shipped in error, we
will reship the correct product to you at no charge upon receipt of the product. Original packaging must be included and
the item must not show any wear, scratches, usage or intentional damage. Include a copy of your sales receipt with the RMA # prominently displayed on the outside of
your return package.
Product Defects:
All products are new and under warranty. If a product is defective, please contact the manufacturer directly for replacement.
In some instances, we can provide information concerning that location to a customer.
In any of the above situations, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained
before shipping and labeled prominently on the outside of the package.
Any item which shows evidence of being used, installed or subjected to improper handling will not be eligible for exchange or credit.
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
A 15% Restocking Fee on all returns placed online and cancelled prior to shipment will be assessed.
If an order is cancelled due to an out of stock condition, the re-stocking fee will be waived.
DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
97.3% of our orders are
shipped with same or next day processing. In the rare case of an out of stock
condition, please allow an absolute minimum of 7 - 10 business days for delivery.
Every attempt is made to receive, process and ship an out of stock item within 2
weeks. On rare occasions, the manufacturer or our suppliers will run out
of a particular item, causing a significant delay. If an out of
stock item is not received in 4 weeks, contact us and we will research and
explain the particulars and offer alternatives.
SHIPPING METHODS
The main delivery method is the
US Postal Service utilizing Priority Mail. Delivery confirmation is
added for the customer's protection. We will ship your order at our discretion by UPS
only when the order is large or bulky or heavy. We don't offer overnight delivery as an online option.
In certain instances, it is possible to ship your order in an expedited fashion at additional expense.
Cactus Tactical is not responsible for items that are designated delivered by the shipper but not received (for example, due to theft off a porch). Please request Signature Confirmation if it is not safe to leave a package.
We offer international shipping to certain countries. Items available
for international delivery are restricted by UN Treaty. Generally, optics and firearms related parts cannot be shipped
outside of the US unless the buyer arranges an import license for the purchase. Prohibited items selected for international
delivery will be omitted from the order with notification made to the buyer. The customer is responsible for any export permits,
fees, taxes, duties, etc. Shipping charges to locations outside of the United States will vary by destination and will be calculated during the
shopping cart checkout process.
