CQB SOP Sling, Universal, ERB, Black

When the SOP sling was designed, the intent was to produce the ultimate tactical patrol sling design, incorporating every positive feature suggested by end users as well as addressing, and solving, every negative issue relating to conventional 3 point sling designs that we had identified.

Since it's introduction into the marketplace, the SOP Sling has been called the next evolutionary step in 3 point tactical sling design. Here are a few reasons why and how it differs from the standard CQB Slings.

To begin with 1.5" wide webbing is used for the sling strap. It's exactly the same type of webbing used on the CQB Slings except for being wider. The purpose of the 1.5" width is to better distribute the weight of the weapon.

The next difference has to do with how the sling attaches to the weapon. A good sling design should work with the weapon, not against it. Conventional 3 point slings that are solidly attached to the side of the weapon don't hang well in anything but the Off Side Drop carry mode and have a tendency to bind up and limit efficient movement of the weapon during positional shooting. So, for the SOP Sling, flexible 1" attachment straps was chosen to be used at each end of the sling to interface with the mounting adapter sling loops or sling swivels. The 1" straps move, shift and conform within the sling loops to allow the SOP Sling to move more efficiently with the weapon thus enhancing free movement of the weapon and allowing the weapon to hang in a more vertical orientation while being used in the Military Patrol Ready carry mode.

This sling includes the quick release Emergency Release Buckle.

A Rock Solid Flashlight Mounting Platform

The new Remington 870 Forearm Flashlight Mount, another GG&G tactical shotgun accessory. Over the last six months of 2008, this was the number one item that our customers called and asked us to manufacture and bring to the marketplace. They informed us that it was nearly impossible or far too expensive to install a tactical flashlight on their never let them down workhorse, the Remington 870 shotgun. Our New Product Design Team came up with a unique shotgun flashlight mount that provides a rock solid, but tactically sound mounting system. The GG&G 870 Flashlight Mount kit includes a unique mounting bracket that securely attaches to the factory forend tube using the factory forearm retaining nut. The kit also includes a new factory Remington Police synthetic forearm precision cut to clear the 870 flashlight mounting bracket, a MIL-STD-1913 rail and an assembly tool. To install, simply remove the factory forearm from the slide assembly and install the new forearm, mounting bracket and MIL-STD-1913 rail. A flashlight mounting ring like the GG&G Flashlight Ring can be used with a flashlight, or the end user can opt to use a flashlight with an integral mount. As shown in the above photos, the rail and flashlight are located at the three o' clock position, giving strong right shooters the tactical advantage at night.

The Remington 870 flashlight mounting bracket is precision machined from rugged 4140 chrome moly steel and manganese phosphated matte black per mil-spec. The MIL-STD-1913 rail is CNC machined from 6061 T6 aircraft grade billet aluminum alloy and Type III hard anodized matte black per mil-spec. As you can see, the 870 Forearm Flashlight Mount has been designed for the rigors associated with professional use.

TIP: We suggest using an LED flashlight bulb to reduce the possibility of bulb failure.

GG&G Flashlight Mounting Ring Insert

The owners of the Streamlight TL2 and TL3 flashlights have continually commented about the need for a small, light weight, inexpensive ring being available to mount their flashlights to AR15s or other weapon systems. With a flashlight outside diameter of .900 inch, the GG&G One Inch Flashlight Mounting Ring was too large, but the new .900 inch Flashlight Mounting Ring Insert will now allow them to install their flashlights inexpensively.

Manufactured from Delrin to an inside diameter of .900 insert, this new insert easily slips onto the flashlight and then installs into the GG&G one inch Flashlight Mounting Ring, GGG part number 1195. Once the ring cap is tightened, the flashlight is solidly mounted in place and ready to be installed on the weapon.

GG&G Flip Up Front Sight for Tactical Firearms, Spring Actuated

The new GG&G Spring Actuated Flip Up Front Sight is the latest evolution in their Flip Up Front Sight product line. With just a push of a button the front sight can quickly be deployed on target. With the introduction of the Spring Actuated A2 BUIS (Back Up Iron Sight) it was only a natural progression to provide customers with an A2 flip up front sight with the same features and benefits. The unique and proprietary design of the mechanism allows the actuator spring and mechanical components to be captivated and therefore not be open to environmental elements. The sight not only springs into an on target position with just the push of the actuator button, but it also locks solidly into the upright on target position. Another push of the button and the lock is released allowing you to set the sight into the locked down position. The spring sight cannot be folded down without depressing the actuator button located on the left side of the sight base. This totally eliminates the possibility of accidentally lowering the sight. With the actuator button located on the left side it can be easily operated with the off hand, leaving the fire control hand in the proper position.

This model is specifically manufactured to the proper sight height for mounting on a tactical forearm. Not only is it set for use on the AR15, but will co-witness when mounted to the tactical forearm of an AR-10. The sight stem of this version folds rearward. The dovetail front sight mounting design also allows for fast installation.

Installation is easy with the GG&G provided allen wrench. To insure flexibility, standard military sight components are used in this combat ready sight. GG&G Carbine Stock Receiver End Plate - Ambidextrous

The new series of GG&&G Receiver End Plate Sling Adapters can also be used to attach a conventional sling in conjunction with the front sling swivel. A significant advantage of this set up is that expanding or collapsing the buttstock does not affect the sling length. If you wear body armor, a tactical vest or a jacket, you no longer need to re-adjust the sling length due to the extra apparel.

GG&G offers two Receiver End Plate Sling Adapters. Both are designed for professional use being machined from 4140 ordnance steel. They are manganese phosphated black, and can easily be installed by the operator. One of the Receiver End Plate Sling Adapters has a rectangular sling slot that will accept sling webbing up to 1 1/4" wide, such as the Specter Gear Single Point Tactical Sling. The other sling attachment features ambidextrous mounting rings for attaching spring-loaded clips like those found on the Chalker Tactical Sling or the Heckler & Koch combat-carry-type slings. The rectangular end plate adapter is available in ambidetrous, right and left handed versions.

Without a doubt the Trijicon ACOG 4X32 series scopes, are some of the most rugged and dependable scopes available. However they are missing a very important component-Lens Covers. The GG&G New Product Development Team decided it was time to provide customers with a method to not only mount the scope, but provide a method to protect the lenses of this expensive optic.

Thise package includes the GG&G Accucam ACOG Quick Detach Mount with an integral front lens cover adapter, the rear lens cover adapter, and a set of custom Buttler Creek lens covers that provide weatherproof, dust proof and moisture proof protection for the ACOG lenses. The lens covers included with this kit will fit the TAO1, TA31, TA31F and TA31RCO series of scopes. Although the design and methodology is so unique that a patent is pending, the system is easy to install.

The Accucam ACOG Quick Detach Mount provides you with a solid method to quickly install or remove the scope from the weapon. The scope can quickly be installed on a dovetail rail in seconds by rotating the Accucam Lever to the locked position and can just as quickly be removed by rotating the Accucam Cam Lever to the unlocked position. Unlike other QD lever systems, it is fully adjustable to fit Weaver and MIL-STD-1913 dovetails, even those that are worn or out-of-spec. GG&G QD Sling Thing for Dovetails

As the use of tactical forearms, such as the full line of GG&G Modular Tactical Forearms have become more prevalent by special operations personnel and law enforcement SWAT teams, the need to easily mount a sling to the dovetail rails of the tactical forearm has become necessary. It was for this reason that GG&G developed a Sling Thing specifically for dovetail applications. We have been advised by our tactical advisors that there are mission requirements that require the sling to be quickly detached from the weapon.

In response to that need GG&G have developed the Quick Detach Sling Thing For Dovetails. This Sling Thing provides the flexibility of quickly detaching the sling by the use of a rugged 1 1/4 in QD sling swivel which is included in the package. When coupled with the GG&G QD Rear Sling Thing, the sling can be quickly removed from the weapon. The GG&G Quick Detach Sling Thing For Dovetails provides the flexibility to mount the front sling attachment anywhere on the tactical forearm rails that meet the mission requirement. Product Description:

Similar to a wet wipe you get at a restaurant, Sudecon is a cloth-type paper wipe 7 1/2 X 11 1/2 inches containing a non-tearing liquid solution.

Sudecon packets are sold individually, and you will need at least two packets to complete the decontamination process. Tear off the top portions of a pouch and remove and unfold the damp cloth. Immediately place the towelette over your face and thoroughly wipe the OC and CS off your face, eyes, nose and mouth (you may notice the white towelette change color, this is the OC/CS being removed).

With eyes closed, using a second fresh towelette, squeeze towelette over the eyes allowing membranes to absorb the solution. (Squeeze towelette to extract solution.) It is of the utmost importance to squeeze the towelette over the eyes while allowing the liquid to flow around the eyes. After doing so, lay towelette over face to soothe burning sensation. Then continue to wipe the OC and CS off your face, concentrating on your eyes, nose and mouth. Do this until you can voluntarily open your eyes. Do not use water with the towelette; it will only dilute the decontamination formula.

A recovery of vision and the coordination of your eyes within 7 to 15 minutes after following the above procedure.
