The M4 style Handguard has a more pronounced oval shape and is taller in cross section than a traditional CAR-15 handguard. This and the improved heatshield effectively increase barrel cooling - especially in rapid fire.

This improved handguard set will fit most carbines with carbine length gas systems. Molded of black thermoplastic composite material with heavy duty aluminum heat shields.
