Contains a full 3600 calorie food ration, 6 Coast Guard approved purified water (4.27 fluid ounce foil packets), 1 8-hour non-toxic liquid light stick, 1 large mylar emergency blanket that retains 90% of body heat (a must for shock prevention) and 1 basic first aid kit with an assortment of fresh, sterile products. We've also included a complete survival instruction sheet and checklist to help you lay out a survival plan for you and your family.
